Selling my Zipps!! I'm all 700c now so unfortunately these won't work. Excellent condition (hey I'm a bike mechanic!) Perfectly true, no crashes. Carbon braking surface undamaged--I used carbon brake pads exclusively.

Tubular rims, bladed spokes, beautiful. Front has "909" stickers on it since it was originally paired with a disc, but you can get 404 stickers on ebay for about $5.

Comes with tires professioinally glued and valve extenders installed. Will throw in 2-3 extra tubular tires I have.

Also comes with TITANIUM Zipp skewers, worth $50.

Shimano 8/9/10 speed. Like new 10 speed Ultegra 11-23 cassette available if you are interested.

Total value more than $2400!

Asking $1000 with free domestic shipping or discounted shipping to Canada.

Hey Robin,

What year are these zips? Do they have dimpled rims? Dimpled hubs? I'm still riding 650c and will probably stay that way since my next bike will likely be a small P2 or P3. These wheels would be a great start.

There aren't many 650c bikes here in NZ so it is near impossible to buy the wheels used and I can't afford new.

let me know if you think we can sort something out.

regards

Isobel

650s don't come dimpled...or at least they didn't when I got them. FWIW the stickers stay on better when they aren't dimpled. Front is 3-4 years old (don't remember exactly), rear is 2006 I think. But they're race wheels so they really don't have many miles on them. I only rode them for racing.

Shipping to NZ may be tricky (I had a really hard time shipping wheels to Australia) but if you know of a good way I'm game. Maybe shipping each wheel separately--size was a prob to Aust.

Feel free to email or PM me.
