Subject: Bike-Reality Check! WOW

Hi All. First tri in 2 weeks. Been training for about 4 months-all indoors as the weather in Massachusetts really isnt conducive to being outside until about now. I just had my first road workout on the bike and am WAY more tired than I was on the stationary bike, and I really pounded away on that thing. I have a "mountain" bike with road tires, am 6'5 and weigh about 240. My question is, would it behoove me to get some aerobars? I mean I budgeted about 40 minutes for a 12.8 mile ride. I just did half of it in 26 minutes. I consider myself in fairly good shape too...
